No pick-up is available unless you are a client of The Balanced Canine regardless of how close you may live to our residential clinic - there is no shop front and no safe pick up location.
Covid update: The Balanced Canine is closed for face to face appointments, therefore no pick ups are available - postage only.
My Doggie orders are processed at least once per week, often daily in busy periods.
All orders will be sent via Sendle unless you are not in a Sendle delivery area, in this case your parcel will be sent via Australia Post.
When we book your delivery with Sendle, an email will be sent to you which you can track your parcel. The same will not occur with Australia Post, however if you are concerned your package is taking longer that it should, please touch base.
We do not have this service available, this is because we don't always process orders daily so an express post or courier option wouldn't make sense :)
